yestarday had a 45km race 16km of walk/runing ......then the rest is cycle,kayak but when my team was doing cycling like 10km to go raining and got lighting then have to stop danm -.- then after that when back to brooknorth sec the place we started give out the prizes .....then today just rest pian all over -.- (greens:P)
